I found a place of peace
Sliding into a wicker bench
Oversized
The wind whispers
Just be

Tranquility
One with myself
I feel embraced
Touch the sky
The whistle I hear is so sweet

It tastes like honey
On my tongue
Breath in
Let go of my worries
Exhale out
Just be

I let my feet run free
Not now shoes & socks
The grass & dirt are calling
I answer gleefully with my toes
I'm grounded

A euphoric surrender
Eyes closed in serenity
I see
Sun don't deny me my warm kiss
Just be
