Touch My Blood

Touch my blood
to feel a pain
of fighting a centuries'
battle

Feel my hands
to experience the
excruciating resistance
of fearlessness against
inequality

Watch my mouth
as it utters
unequivocal truth
against exploitation and
neoliberalism

Capture my red eyes
as they penetrate
structural injustices
and systemic persecution

Escape
from my milieu
as I repel away
racialism and torture

Keep an
audible silence
as I smoke out
loaded questions
supposing to trap
and incarcerate me

Watch
your behavior and
tone when you speak
before you label me
a barbaric communist

Save
your degrading
working conditions
for your children
in your quest for
self enrichment
