Rising in the misty morning
I can feel the distant warning
The weaking of my heart
Us drifting far apart
Wailing laughter calls my name
Trailing somewhere back again
To those times on lover's lane
Dark shadows on the window pain
And as your rising into view
Sadness steals my mood
I wish I still knew
The art of loving you
