For You
You be the tender poinciana by the lake
I'll hold onto you, if you fall.
Forming ripples in the stillness.
You be the wayfarer
Rambling through the path
I can be the north star, shining just for you.
You can be the messed up, scattered
peices of amethyst
I'll cherish you even if you wish just to
be left shattered,
But just for time being.
And remember I'll be with you.
You bring peace to my cimmerian thoughts.
Heterizing them into silly simpers.
And you expect me to go when you feel low?
How can I stay away from you, if my
eyes look at those scars of yours?
Seeing you in pain is something I can't afford.
Don't keep it to yourself.
I can take everything related to you,
I know I lack the stardust you have
within you.
But I can feel, what you do too.
Not the terrene muses, the one
matters to me is you,
I believe you.
And if you feel like losing everything,
Let me hold your hand.
And I promise I won't let go, till the
day I lie in ashes.
Let's just walk together to where
cramoisy kisses the horizon.
To the shore of an ocean where all
you see is abundance;
The abundance of love and life you
have within.
I'll stay by your side, witnessing the
most beautiful smile of yours.
Do I have that privilege?
A privilege to hold onto the drizzles of
your knackered self?
A privilege to see the most precious
stars, your eyes behold?
A privilege to caress you face,
beaming with a smile?
A privilege to embrace you, to make
you feel my presence for life?
A privilege to see you happy before
anything else I wish for?
