Tu sabes, grande amor, que não existe
dores mais belas que estas, da tua ausência!
Sou um príncipe perdido de excelência,
um trôpego mendigo que persiste...

Pago o dobro aos ladrões de toda crença
a fim de renovar esse altar triste
que, de sonhos ousados, não desiste
antes de toda treva ou recompensa.

Porquanto meu passeio é uma neblina
meus lábios se entorpecem de desejos
e meus sonhos se entregam à rotina...

Mas lembro, no silêncio de teus beijos,
que a flor mais bela é aquela pequenina
que se esconde nas pedras do desprezo.
