ANGELS’ SILENT CRIES

ANGELS’ SILENT CRIES

Too young, too soon,
Taken away from Newtown.
Ah! The sound of painful silence!
Vibrations! Detonations of assault weapons!
Innocent victims!

Loss of innocence! Regrettable escapade!
Taken away,
Too young, too soon.
An escalation of evil deeds
Did harm them
Too young, too soon.
Penetration of evil silence!
Silent rage!
Unexpected expression of evil
Took away their innocence.
Too young, too soon.

The angels, fell off
Too young too soon,
Taken away
By the evil deeds of
A private army of one.

Man-made horror…
Not natural!
Disaster took them away
Too young, too soon!

Stop the violence!
Stop the violence!
Stop the violence!
It is not going to the moon,
Taken away
So young, so soon!

The angels silently fell asleep
With their guardians …

No one there to sing them a Lullaby!
silent cries!

… Mothers’ anguish and pain!
Fathers’ sorrow and plaint!
A New Town shattered
By the sand
By a private army of one.
Terror descended upon the angels
And their guardians.

Preventable horror!
Unexpected violence!
Man-made calamity!

Stop the violence!
Stop the violence!
Stop the violence
And free up the angels
Of their pains.
Let them fly back to heaven,
Although too young, too soon.

They can still hear you,
See you.
Please, stop the violence.
And let them fly back
To heaven,
Although so young, so soon.
