Can't Do It (TW for self-injury)

I want to scream,
I want to cry,
I want to cut,
I want to die.
I want to wail,
I want to grieve,
I want to slash,
I want to weep.
I don’t want to fight this fight,
I don’t feel the need to live,
So can someone please help pick me up,
Because I’ve got nothing left to give.
