Silent Shadows, Until They're Not

Wesley P. Newman 2005 (Mt. Vernon)

There are shadows. Dark shadows. Shadows darker than the darkest winter's night. Shadows so dark, light does not dare to go near them, does not dare to slightly graze them. It is imperative that you understand how dark these shadows are for nothing good can come from shadows such as these.

They loom over everyone, never seen until they make themselves known. they infect the mind, filling it with thoughts. Dark thoughts. Thoughts of intense loneliness, anxiety, sadness, self-harm, death, and suicide.

Every year they infect more and more. Every year we lose more and more. Every year we - what? T-That's not true. No, get away!

GET OUT OF MY HEAD!
