Torn Asunder

Here I sit
Between sad & stoned
Regretting shit
About the pasts unknown
If we could've waited
Before jumping the gun
I probably wouldn't be so jaded
As I hid myself from the son
I don't want to, not anymore
This I know as glorious fact
I want to hide the flame no more
And boldly and confidently act
I'm sick of all the introversion
I'm sick of all the hate
I'm sick of all of people's perversions
And to everything that can relate
I don't like being cold
I'm a cuddle bug @ heart
But after what she stole
That heart has been torn apart
I feel like a former of myself
My life feels so surreal
I don't know what to do with said self
My world is starting to unpeel
How do people love
In this world so full of hate
From the one & only God above
Who saves us from that gruesome fate
So be glad in health & affliction
And try not to wander off the holy path
God is perfect in my depiction
It's not rocket science It's basic math

up for interpretation (for some reason I always fall back to God somehow in my poems)
