Dreaming blur



Softness in skin, Gentle with touch
She is the woman I dream of so much.
Morning on sight with evening a glare
She is the woman I speak of and Stare.
Lusting with eyes, pleasure in heart
She is the woman in mind alive and at large.
Smile is of gold, a body of wine
my perseverance is key; I know she'll be mine
Sharing this image I have in my dreams
of this woman blurry and clearly not seen
In all of my dreams she visits me with no grief
her comfort is becoming my desired routine
When awake; I feel at my loneliest, so I question
Is this me intertwining with another dimension
A place opposite from my current reality
or is this my method of defeating my singularity?
It's the year 2078 and this is another recording
of me coming to terms with the technology
Looking up at the sky from this red planet
different from the first days now there's no silence
Rushing for night and craving to sleep
So that I may again meet that woman in my dream.
My dream was interrupted, awaken with no cause
rising up and to my content and disbelief
There she was…

Antonio Soler was born on April 17, Born and raised in Brooklyn NY. Antonio graduated high school from Brooklyn Academy High School in 2005; he later enlisted into the United States Army. Since then he has been stationed in Germany 2006 - 2012 (Idar-Oberstein, Grafenwoerh, and Baumholder), Fort Carson, Colorado 2012 - 2018 & South Korea 2018 - 2020 (USAG-Yongsan & Camp Humphreys). Antonio currently serves as a US Army Recruiter in Hackensack, NJ since 2020. Antonio is recently divorced (2018) and father to a son, (Adrian, 13). Currently pursues a bachelors degree in Logistics and Transportation management from American Military University and his also interested in photography. on Instagram he host a page where all is photography is shared under @Toneisking_Portfolio. more…
