Flesh and Bone

Into a placid pool I gaze and what do I see,
Flesh and Bone looking back at me,
Hidden from the eye is the reality,
Of soul and spirit belonging to to eternity,

Walking dust for the world to see,
All are the same, even you and me,
Just a short journey in infinity,
Dust has not hope of perpetuity,

A simple decision saves this dust,
This act for eternity is a must,
Lord save me from calamity,
Bring me home for eternity.
