Garden Blossom

—succubus winds, feline anger, something
estranged ponders the daughter; alienable
emotions, isolated regions, seated so far
into our futures; a silent soul, escaping the
day, fantasy becomes unstable stability;
so dear to pathos, so illogical, insomuch
as pain covets bad habits; to see
vulnerability, to become misty, Agony
designs mortuaries; our dear daughter,
fear-filled eyes, so after something indomitable—

to

adore by gates, to reach through walls, sweet
suffrage; a young woman hassled by
appropriateness, once it gets out people pass
judgement; a lifelong agenda, a mourning
addendum, a woman must remain a warrior.

—she watches a third feeling, aches in ceilings,
light-bulbs—watts, little curls, diamonds,
strong forces, anxieties, too hurt, a slight
grin—

years are immobile the frenzy is blue-sunrise,
angers will persist; stigmata, alienation,
ostracism; a cagey society, trying experiments,
to arise, or do something quizzical; to adore a
daughter, to entertain promises, writers
are into notoriety: silhouette harbingers
—butterfly exhibits—days splurging on
grudges.
