Only My Soul” (Darkness Falls)

The darkness lingers through the feathers of my mind, as the silhouette of forgotten memories transcends through the misty gestures of decadence.
Countless perceptions of my personality taken out of context, my sorrowful soul burdened by others wrongful projections of ghostly emotions.
Only my soul feels the burden of forbidden boundless love that sweetness sacredly could not have, as darkness falls upon the cold dreams of ecstasy that eclipsed the heart once full of truthful memories of loving excitement.
Sadness overwhelmed my curiosity of loving romance that burns a musical note that stained glass morns through the decades, forever longing for the chance to prove my worthiness.
Taken the last step down my mind looking for serenity in others that sinfully judge a book by its cover, to no apparent desire to keep their promises once spoken.
Holding on to what I have by a thin line between ignorance and insanity that surrenders to the sorrows of hurtful essence that represents my broken spirit in refusal
