Chained Dog

With its rich branches and far-flung leaves,
the tree grew at far length.
With the bright sunshine, it cast a good shadow.
Under it was a dog chained.
Sitting on the ground, its eyes focused afar
   without its bark for long.
As such, its behavior was in accord
with the quietude that abounded in the early afternoon.
Occasionally, the dog barely opened his mouth
  keeping its silence.
From time to time, the dog fixed its eyes afar.
From its picture, the dog was calm
as if it had been used to its condition.
