Why is there so much love in this short life?
Your blood flows in my midday.
I am a big reluctant person to gain immortality,
I am a man who leaves the world,
One day I will leave this life;
No one will know except you
I got lost with so much pain.

Hasan Hamid হাসান হামিদ

Hasan Hamid is a Bangladeshi author, poet and columnist. Hamid was born on 24 October, 1988 in Abidnagar, Sunamganj District, Bangladesh. His father, Abdul Hamid, was a school teacher and his mother Mansura Khanam is a homemaker. He studied at Tahirpur Government High School, Sylhet Murari Chand College and Dhaka University. He is best know for his poem ‘Bangabandhu’and his novel Chehel Setun.His most recent book is 'Dagal', published in 2021, is about the liberation war. Hamid is a frequent newspaper contributor in Bangladeshand also in USA, Philippines, India and Belgium. In recognition of his work in literature, he received the Desh Manuscript Award in 2018.
