Shooting star

From the corners of the universe I held out my hand
A ray of light passed by my cheeks.
Wishing on a shooting star I see
Hope there is another world where both of us are together.

A night sky turned bright
A ray of light brushed past through me
As I gaze up in the sky
It’s already gone

I don’t want to say goodbye
Come back once more
Let me see that light once again
Help me get out of this dark empty space.

From the corners of the universe
I screamed my heart to reach you
Yet you left in a blink of an eye
With no plans of coming back.
