Finding Your Soulmate

After many years of heartbreak, cheating and pain,
After being treated bad and left out in the rain.
This man who swept me off my feet that first day,
Who seems to make every bad day perfectly o.k.

A man who's eyes focus only on me,
And I seem to be all that he can truly see.
HIs touch makes my heart automatically skip a beat,
Somebody I truly never thought that I would meet.

A love that can stand the struggles of life,
To one day finally be called his one and only wife.
One of the good ones, that cherishes his love,
A man who seems to be sent from above.

A God sent soulmate, best friend, lover and friend,
To lose him in my life is something I could not stand.
I've never had a love so strong for a man ever,
A love that could stand strong against any weather.

He is my heartbeat, my every breathe and my life,
He showed up in the middle of all my strife.
I owe him so much for all the love he has shown,
With him i finally no longer feel so alone.

After all the pain I've felt in the past years,
Has definitely brought to this point here.
I owe all my love to the man that makes me proud,
One day maybe i can yell it out loud.

So if you find a man that makes your life happy,
That makes jokes that makes you smile even if sappy.
That makes you forget all the pain you felt before,
Who's one true gift isn't bought at a store.

A man who's smile lights up every room he is in,
Who the amount of you feel seems like a sin.
Then hold on tight and never let him go,
Because this love you may never again know.
