Take your time

My dear, take your time

One day, I will put this all in line

Someday, our souls will both entwine

But soon, when I know I can make you mine

You have me already

There is no need to worry

I won't fall for somebody

And give up on our story

I don't ask for reciprocation

I won't be controlling your own decisions

I'm here if you need some shoulder to lean on

'cause I know that we are both on our different missions

This will be hard, only if you think it would

I think this would be easy like a real love should

I have spent my life waiting but merely misunderstood

And I'd be fine if you fall for another dude

As long as he's a 'man' who can protect and provide

Respects your boundaries and choose you over pride

Controls his temptations and unnecessary drives

Takes you to a journey so you would not have a solo ride

He should treat you like a lady, he should treat you like a queen

Always tell you that you're the most beautiful woman he has ever seen

Build a heaven for you, Angel and live in a garden of evergreen

He should take you to places you have never been

I think I told you clearly that I am still growing

Still finding my purpose and  I am still learning

I still write about you and what I am feeling

But I'm saving the words incase we're finally dating

Keep a positive mindset and always be on the vibe

Make it everyday so you can say you survived

I'd be doing my thing too, until I can provide

Cultivating masculinity until I can have a bride
