Gilgrums Best

Massimo

Finely ground beef  ( fillet mignon and new york strip) with mushrooms,garlic
Olives, onions, green peppers, liguid smoke whorshire sauce. Sauteed vegetables mixed smooth and fine. Wrapped in turkey bacon and covered with puff pastry.
Baked and served with asparagus and yogurt and hollandaise. And potatoes in a white truffle beshemel sauce with garlic,sour creme cappilo, chives and pamerseam.
