Into The Fey

Larry Wells Jr 2003 (Nevada)

There is this hidden place
That seldom few ever find

And those who leave lose their mind
For there is no equal in beauty

The apples there are ruby
And the waters like glass

The ladies walk barefoot in the grass
Laughter ringing in the air

But to the passerby I say "Beware
They'll turn on you in the end

Their word is unbreakable but it'll bend
Whatever the reason don't ever strike a deal

It may be your child they steal
Hold onto your beliefs good lad

In this place is something bad
Do not put trust in just a pretty face"
