Would it have killed
You to - just once -
Ask how I was doing?
It almost killed me.

I did not want
To leave you, but
It felt necessary
For my survival.

I gave and gave
For you to ignore
All my feelings my
Problems and more.

Yet lost, I seem
To be right now,
Without you, my
Love, around.
