Loneliness

The sound of the soft quiet noise,
like a warming voice.

Deep inside a voice crying,
slowly fading,
like noises when you're running,
footsteps approaching,
feelings are jumping,
emotions come crashing,
sadness coming in without warning;
and you are falling,
Your heart is pounding.
The feeling of anger rising.
Everything inside you heating.

And all of the sudden you are alone.
You hear the gentle ring of the phone,
and the noise made when you drop a stone,
all in your head like ringing from an earphone
The sad tone,
the feeling of being alone.

Like everything was black and white,
the tapping of the pen when you write.

The feeling that no ones around.
like you have drowned;
like everything crashed to the ground.

And you are reminded that you are always alone.
