One Night of Love

A Poem……One Night of Love

Well, would you not let it be known, I fell into desire.
Yes, it is I will go thru the fire.
God will bring me out alive and unharmed.
I would not pray for the life that is being burned.

I need you to drowned in me for a while.
For our prey, I will beguile them, come.
The dizzying excitement, as I see them move towards me.
I have the opportunity to live by drinking their blood quickly.

It is insatiable, the desire for blood…I must hunt….my custom.
I soar thru the fires to her house. I bid her come…
I embrace her, and oh what a delicate scent!
I have been watching, she has practiced  abstinence.

I pick her up and take her to bed.
As she stares at me I drop rose petals upon her head.
I trace her face with my wanton fingers.
I place a quarter of my weight upon her:

This is perfection, her neck so milky white.
Her blue veins called to me like a harpies or banshees.
I will play with her,  she needs to  feel me, for this special night.
I get all caught up in my personal ecstasy.

Her back arches as she begins to come….. against my fingers.
She lies back in glory…. in the echoes of her orgasm.
I place all my weight  upon her and grab her arms, my grasp lingers.
I lift her dress and slip inside…. I wait for a bit, in my wisdom.

She lightly moans as I enter her…
I am ecstatic.  I hum a little song until I get done,
My excitement builds as I burst into my encounter.
I hold her and I will hold her until the Dawn.

I have loved love, but I shall continue on this ballad.
For I am want to always search for blood.
She whimpers slightly. I move off her body,
Love is agonizingly painful, in its clarity and
is being burned.

About this poem

I have always been interested in Vampires. I try to imagine a vampires motivation and action in this little rhyme.
