Barefoot Doctor

I sit in Hesitance  
The smell of booze
delivered on a breeze
I know He will soon arrive
The Barefoot doctor
but I suspect his foot be sturdy
He enters only to collapse onto a Chair
Swaying stance yet steady Hand
How many he has saved
