Behind the Lies

Thoughts racing in my mind
unraveling in due time
trying to understand the now
asking questions,
but still can't figure out how
it all works.
How so many can be so hurtful
so harmful
and so cruel
so misunderstanding
it's almost as if their planning
took more time than assumed
I hope their amused
rising off my downfall
but I refuse to give in
to give up
to allow them to win.
To continue my healing
Is all I find appealing
in the meantime,
now i must focus more than ever
be stronger than I've ever been
stay positive
and listen to them all sin
with hatred
malice
and greed
selfishness is the darkness I always seem to come across
everyone trying to win off my loss
trying to have me fall behind
or fall in line
but that is something you'll never find
me doing
I'm an original
the farther I fall
the higher I rise,
and in the end
I will break through all the lies,
and the darkness shall turn to light!!!!
