Christmas Hospitality

This Christmas we welcome friends,
Gathering in the vale.

As we attend Christmas Eve worship,
 Our joy nothing can curtail.

Celestial chorus merrily descends,
In a mellow candelight tale.

We pause amdist holiday frenzy,
To attend to each detail.

Our prayers toward heaven we send.
We minister without fail.

Happy greetings to friends
Sail through holiday mail.

Around each remote rural bend,
Disciples blaze a new trail.

We reflect on God's unmitigated love,
Believing the good will prevail.

We experience a love without end,
Our newborn Savior we hail!

About this poem
