Joys To The Heart

The melodic sound of birds, as they sing from amongst the trees.
The dangling of the butterflies, the buzzing of the bees.
Flowers of every color, in bloom most everywhere.
Fragrance of the honeysuckle, does its part to fill the air.
The distant sound of children's laughter, as they run and as they play.
The warm penetration of the sun, as it shines down on the day.
A day that's full of elements, so tantalizingly sweet.
Elements that are sure to fill the heart...in making its joys complete.

About this poem

A life saving experience of communing with nature that comforted a deeply troubled and scared young run away boy out of committing suicide.
