HOPE

Hope,
It breeds eternal misery,
They say.

Happy, kinda and caring.

I feel empty,
These broken promises.

You think it's a friend,
Maybe a lover,
But nothing is worse than a mother.

Breaking a daughters heart.

Hope.

Friends,
All talking about daddy never being there.
Daddy issues left,
and daddy issues right

Mom ripping away my last hope,
Breaking my already shattered heart.

The love of a mother,
Never really there.
Absent.

Hope, it breeds eternal misery.
