My father's death
The Garden of-
Woes There is a sad event in my journey of life. One caused by much pain and much strife. A nightmare appeared with no mercy, holding a knife. Even when it was bound by the hands of prayer. Visions of a slaughter brought on by a slayer, I woke up I cried Calling for my father, but there is no reply. Mother, Brother, Where are you? The replies had good words of few. Your father has kicked the bucket." I heard the response that killed me like the blade of the cutter. My father had died/ my heart was beating like aflutter. Now I have nothing to lose. My father had died with no cause. Being alive without him is like a garden without a rose. Decay, no beauty, a garden of woes. Death waits for none. Dark life, a world of no sun. When life bans you from the one you love. What lies ahead is the land that is above. By/Mohamed Okab
