Dear Lord

What miracles has god placed in our midst
That we only have to wish
Not all of them that take place we acknowledge
But some we are thankful

How do you think these thoughts we have are brought to reality?
All of it is what we truly fathomed
How great is the power of our subconscious mind?
Something we never really imagined

How much of these gifts do we appreciate?
It’s never going to be enough
Each and every day is a blessing
Even though living it is tough

May we always be blessed in abundance
And never have to worry about tomorrow
But for all the times I didn’t thank you enough
Oh lord forgive me and save me from all my sorrow
