Promise Land

Collective Thoughts and unpretentious attitudes is all whisked away by the single notion of not being dwelled upon.
I Crave the forgiveness but it's not easy to come by, a long war in my mind was already won.
The thought that pierced through my eyes into yours, I give you my soul.
Not another, but simply the one I was promised.
Fate has finally graveled to your feet, Only you can direct this path.
Only you have the power and ability to subside other notions to journey on to the promise land.

About this poem

I wrote this poem one morning after dealing with a long over used argument inside my mind.
