4 pound of thinly sliced ribeye Philly steak cheese style.
2 cup of thinly sliced onion
2 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup of seasoned flour
2 cups of beef broth
Dredge ribeye in flour
In a dutch oven add
1/2 cup of oil add dredged beef
Add veggies
Cook stirring beef. Remove meat
From pan. Add flour and tan the
Roux add broth make gravy add beef and cover. Cook in oven at 360 for
15-30 minutes.
Crisp pancetta in oven.
Make sourdough pancakes.
