The Watcher

Half Mast

Half Mast

Just now

I sit

And I wait

And I watch

And I wonder

Gunshots

Firing off

Clapping

Like thunder

Homeland Security

They are at my door

Please don’t be alarmed

You have no freedom anymore

You know I watch

And I read

As they lie

As they deceive

I stand

And I Plead

I need no home

I am in no need

The FBI

Knockin on my door

Why you trespassing

You don’t come back here anymore

You know I

Kneel and I pray

When I read the

The things they say

You know I

Stand and I walk

When I hear

The same old talk

Counter

Intelligence

What you get

Is what you see

Why don’t you

Get lost

You have No

Jurisdiction over me

You know I sit

And I watch

And I wait

And I wonder
