Spirits Of All Flesh

Spirits Of All Flesh
Author: Mark V. Markov

The soul is the life
The life of the spirit within the body.
When the body dies
The spirit continues to exist.

It looks like you
When you are alive
That is why sometimes
People see the human spirit
That resembles a body

The disciples of Christ
Believed in the spirits.
When they first saw
Jesus Christ walking on water
They said" it is a ghost "
Ghost is another word for spirit

The spirits of all flesh means
That everyone has a spirit in the body.
The numbers 27 verse 16 says all flesh.

God wants all of us
To be baptized in water
And to be born of the Holy Spirit
With the one time speaking in tongues
As a confirmation

After that the Holy Spirit
Assigns a gift or gifts
To the believers
From the list of the gifts
Of the Holy Spirit

It could be a gift of faith
Or it could be prophecy,
Speaking in tongues,
Gift of healing
Or another gift
From the list.

Apostle Paul being filled with the Holy Spirit
Encourages us to ask
To earnestly desire for the spiritual gifts
So we could in faith ask God
For the spiritual gifts and in faith receive
It is up to God to decide
As the Holy Spirit assigns.

Speaking in tongues
That one time
When we ask
To be baptized in the Holy Spirit
Is a confirmation to us
And to the world
That we are baptized in the Holy Spirit.

Numbers 27:16-17 (ESV)

16 “Let the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation

17  who shall go out before them and come in before them,
who shall lead them out and bring them in, that the congregation of the Lord may not be as sheep that have no shepherd.”

Matthew 14:26 (ESV)

But when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were terrified, and said, “It is a ghost!” and they cried out in fear.

Mark 6:49 (ESV)

but when they saw him walking on the sea they thought it was a ghost, and cried out,

The two verses above, partially tell us, based on how they believed,
that the human spirit resembles the body of the person .

1 Corinthians  12:29-31 (ESV)

29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles?

30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues?
Do all interpret?

31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts.

And I will show you a still more excellent way.

1 Corinthianas  12:4-11 (ESV)

4 Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit;

5 and there are varieties of service, but the same Lord;

6 and there are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who empowers them all in everyone.

7 To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good.

8 For to one is given through the Spirit the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same Spirit,

9 to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit,

10 to another the working of miracles, to another prophecy, to another the ability to distinguish between spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, to another the interpretation of tongues.

11 All these are empowered by one and the same Spirit, who apportions to each one individually as he wills.

1 Corinthians 14:1-5 (ESV)

1 Pursue love, and earnestly desire the spiritual gifts, especially that you may prophesy.

2 For one who speaks in a tongue speaks not to men but to God; for no one understands him, but he utters mysteries in the Spirit.

3 On the other hand, the one who prophesies speaks to people for their upbuilding and encouragement and consolation.

4 The one who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but the one who prophesies builds up the church.

5 Now I want you all to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. The one who prophesies is greater than the one who speaks in tongues, unless someone interprets, so that the church may be built up.

1 Corinthians  12:29-31 (ESV)

29 Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Do all work miracles?

30 Do all possess gifts of healing? Do all speak with tongues?
Do all interpret?

31 But earnestly desire the higher gifts.

And I will show you a still more excellent way.

The Excellent Way
By Mark V. Markov

The excellent way
As mentioned by Apostle Paul

The excellent way
Is to have love
And the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
