1 cup of red bell pepper diced
1 cup of green bell pepper diced
2 cups of diced onions
1/4 cup of minced garlic
1 cup of chopped fennel bulb
1 cup of carrots
1 cup of diced g. Smith apples
5 tablespoons of cayenne pepper
1 cup of olive oil
Heat oil add vegatables wilt for 15 my minutes......
Add 3 cups of sweet marsala,
6-8 cups of pork stock.
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/4 cup of white vinegar
5 tablespoons of lime
1 teaspoon of mace
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
In a cheese cloth bagger add
2bay leaf, 2 star anise, 1 spigg of thyme
1 spigg of rosemary tie tight. Bring to a simmer.

Add 6 cups of cooked spaghetti noodles
