Soluma Dolle

5 cups of pigfeet meat
7 cups of cooked spaghetti noodles
3 cups of diced cooked sweet potatoes
1/4 cup of minced garlic
2  cups of diced onions
1 cup of diced apples
2 cups of red peppers
2/3 cup celery
1/3 cup of sesame seed oil
3 T of cayenne
6 cups of pork broth
2 cups of sweet marsala
1 cup of white grape juice
1/4 cup of honey
3 tablespoons of fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon of alspice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

In a pot, add oil spices onions and apples ,garlic and celery. Cook until the onions are translucent. Add stock and honey., Marsala, grape juice. Bring to boil add noodles and meat. Add more liguid if you desire. Serve as soup topped with sweet potatoes.
