Free verse
We have no choice
Contemptible life
Dumped us into it
Dark ages again

All began a day
Globally bug bit
Everyone dumbstruck
Wailing at thresholds

As marauders raid
Assassins unseen
Psychos from nowhere
In legions afoot

Lapped up all ages
Burying stretches
More than stars in skies
Covenant again?

Sentinel bugled
Forewarning the end
Holy Books writ large
Outcome to happen

Decay of 'dharma'
Results in such 'karma'
Man of tomorrow
Awake and arise.
