Sometimes

Crowded in a room with no-one
I have stopped trying to be someone
Because sadly I have nothing left that is good

Life always peeps with just one eye
And people keep asking me how am I
In my bloody head, of course

Sometimes I do not know if I'll ever be okay
Sometimes I cannot bear to live another day
Sometimes I find it easier to just give up

Where's the button to pause things for a while?
No idea of whose number to dial
Having lost everything I love

No longer seeking purpose but peace instead
But come too late and you'll find me dead
Drowned in emotions and thoughts

Sometimes I do not know if I'll ever be okay
Sometimes I cannot bear to live another day
Sometimes I find it easier to just give up
