Voices

See yourself child
The beauty of the night sky calls you forth,
To peer into rivers where ancient stories are told.
Of life bearers who climbed the sacred hills with word and sword
To slay the tyranny and ills of dusk concieving an eon

Hear yourself child
Your voices are seeded deep,
Beneath the rivers of confusion keeping you from seeing
Heed the the rhythm of your heart and the silence of the secrets revealing
The roots of your divinity and truths hidden under lies in history

Recognize yourself child
On faces long packed away by time
Feel your skin on which our valiant youth and intent vibrate
Know that this is no mistake
and even all the trumpets sound:
WE ARE YOU, as mighty as we eternally remain!
