Love vs. The World

We all crave for that special someone, but it's hard to find in this broken World. Our mind starves for a lil laughter, yet we're crying a lot of the time. You always hear the word trust me, but in time that usually turns to a lie. Goosebumps raise up on your neck, and you figure they come from a touch. Words are freely spoken, but do they even know what they are sayin'. Some say they prefer to be alone, but is that truly the case. There's a fine line between love & hate, and we're all scared of our next heartbreak. So we build a wall around us, hoping love can't tear it down, but the heart wants what the heart wants, and we don't choose who we fall in love with.
