The unknown

The unknown

Don’t know much about you... still inexperience with the opposite sex
Perhaps I remind you of someone familiar or maybe some crazy ex
Just a random nobody in a sea of suitors clamoring for your affection
Should I take a chance and be a part of your main selection

Whatever you did in your past would remain a mystery to me
For you to open up and lower your shields to grant access or deny my entry
What are the chances really for someone like me?
To enter your world and be a part of your reality

Am I Just a number of the many pages you’ll flip through in life?
Why don t you take a look before slashing me with that butcher knife
Trauma from the past made you become cold and distant toward men
Not all guys are creepers and weirdos so let’s just try this again?

Whatever transpired events made you become the person that you are today
Know that some are just asking about the small things like how was your day
We may not know each other personally besides the obvious physical attraction
I’m just a normal guy going through his day waiting to take action
