There might be a hole at the top of our world.

bluejay1985 2002 (A state of panic.)

Hungry for moments that have yet to come,
why must time slip away
why must the heart yearn for more,
can it not stay still for a second?

Fated with the curse to pretend
unknown pleasures fill the void
and the unforeseen
fill the soul

forever undiscovered
forever untouched
by humanity
by ourselves

Now that the priest has laid his word
the world splits apart
and at its core
lies the sun
not our own, but a sun nevertheless

There lay the holy spirit
There lay our pain
There lay our unspoken words
There lay the moon

About this poem

I don't know much about this world, all I know is that I exists now and I'm trying to do the best I can, to the best of my abilities. So should you. Explore, Cry, Dance, Laugh, Hate, Get hurt, Love, Get Heartbroken. Do everything you possibly can. Because you are human... and isn't that beautiful?
