My Lens for your Eye

Wanna see a magic trick?
Well wonder my way
wind your mind like mine
Here,
come out and play
Risk k k a dollar for a smile
Let my lead mold your mile
For the master of the ring
Hides in t t t tensions truly vile
Welcome back to the show
Sit stay a while
I made it myself
now ssssmile
Step right up, see this clown
Hey, blink twice, watch his frown
Turn upside down
Funny is it not?
You, the clown, now put on the spot?
I gave you the tricks, the balls, the key
But all you do, is do as you please
Dollar too short, a thought too late
Couldn't break a laugh, nor fit through the gate
Fate -
Was not your rope to walk
The dancers dance, singers sing, but the clown,
And they learn quite fast
That the balance of paths
Is one that can’t be lost
Only it's saddest bit
Is how they find out this
Whole act wasnt meant to fit
Now one last laugh, one last cry
Step right here, don't be shy
This was my vision, my lens for your eye
I know it's not fair, but it works so right
