Hero

The past is a dangerous place,
It emits emotions that traps her in case.
You were here for a period of time,
Now gone and left her without a trace.

She tries to remember the love you had for her…
Then recovering becomes a deadly pace.
The times you spent together,
Laughter, joy, tears, anger,
You the one who broke her out, disappeared, gone.

The jail replaces the case,
No one to break her out,
For she is alone and a pawn,
To the emotions inside her head.
They control and trap her
Taunt and haunt her.
The darkness is slowly eating her
The light is fading
The memories, consumed by grief
She needs you
Save her

Time is ticking, she is breaking
Please return to save her again
Be the hero, the one who tames
The one who birthed her, the savior

Don’t leave her in this cruel place
The running, escaping it’s just like a race
One that she will never win
For you are gone, succumbed to the darkness
Never to return
Her dead hero
