Confusion

Confusion
"You are stupid"
I hear that a lot
If not always me
it is usually my slot

I am not stupid, merely confused
just a normal guy, with a mind erosion
and dare I add, I am tired-
I am tired of this confusing notion

Gender, norms, society
the way of living is wrong
Belief, faith, religion
I am supposed to stay strong

Who even decided this?
why do they represent me?
I never consented to it
they just chose for me and flee?

When did they decide this?
Did they not think of the future?
it may seem normal in the past
but now it is full of discomfiture

Now, I am just confused
if I'm truly a part or not
and if being one of them is right or not
dang it, I guess I will give it a shot

About this poem

I have been confused about stuff lately. Wondered as to what is the root of my confusion. MADE A POEM!
