OUT ON A LIMB

I am frenetic and out on a limb
The life has gone out of my barren soul
My soul has slipped like a slithering python
My beloved daughter Bonnie was my soul
She was my soul, my soul
But now she is no more, no more

I ask myself and ponder
Why on me , I wonder
The wrath of God?
I have been leapfrogged
I am out on a limb
I am frenetic and my life grim

I cannot stop feeling the fire
The wrath of God on me, His ire
I am out on a limb, not my desire
The life has gone out of my desolate soul
I am frenetic in a perpetual hole, a perpetual hole
My beautiful daughter is no more, no more

The curtain has seemingly fallen on me
Why would otherwise I be
In a bonfire of agony?
Lost my beloved daughter
That too in an act of despair
I am frenetic and my mind impaired , my mind impaired

The life has gone out of my desolate soul
I am hopelessly out on a limb
Thrashed out in the freezing cold
My beautiful daughter is no more , no more
My relentless miseries untold, miseries untold
