Broken Wall

Nubia 1987 (Miami)

Bricks and concrete stacked up high unbreakable and structured so tight.                                                Build up tension from old scars and wounds but as I lay my character defects on the cross I’ve become renewed.                                                           Piece by piece and day by day crumbles of my wall seem to fade because of you I have new  memories made.                                                            Beams of light shining through the cracks bricks and concrete lay on these side tracks.                      Not as high but not so low that’s all right I’ll take it slow.                                                                                 Grace and glory fill these spaces not looking back ready for the changes.                                                    Now I have a broken wall, I jump to you, you catch my fall
