My blind Eyes

my eyes can’t see your peerless  smiles,
my eyes can’t gaze at lows and highs.

My eyes can’t connect with the people in surrounds,
They can’t even take to the cliffs and mounds.

My eyes can’t guide to the throne of choice,
My eyes can’t witness any glooms or joys.

My eyes can’t help to write down the thoughts,
My eyes can’t salvage from the ditches and the rots.

my eyes can’t even help me to read,
my eyes turn dark at the hour of need.

My eyes can’t see the wounds that bleed,
They can’t even eye at stars being reaped.

My eyes are dark, they don’t have spark,
To gaze at the beauty, to relish in the park.

If eyes are granted to me for a day,
Then all the time I  will see those faces,
Who stood with me through all those races,
Where ground was hard and filled with stones,
But men of the clan, just led me to the throne.
