NO MORE RESERVATIONS
Blame hesitation, call it indecision
A fool’s errand gone terribly wrong
A heart who thought could stand separation
But learned too late where it really belonged
Like a ship lost at stormy seas
With waves of confusion on its bow
He seeks harbor at first land he sees
But learned that home is not what he saw
With conviction he never had before
To Eden he tries to climb back
Inch by inch he desperately crawls
To get his life back on track
As he reaches the garden’s glaze
And sees the reason for his travail
A tear or two greeted his face
Somewhat saying his effort has failed
Saddened by this discomforting vision
He tries to make peace with himself
With all heart, he accepted his indecision
Which made him realize the love that left
All he wants is this second chance
To make her feel love like she envisioned
All he needs is a second chance
To give his love without inhibition
