Beneath the Sands of Time

Beneath the Sands of Time

under blue Grey skies I walk alone the desert sands until the day I die
lost  in a world that I just cant find
a tortured  soul and a broken mind
searching for word s that I can never see but in my heart  I long to be free

yes  the ancient ones are calling me and my kind
as we walk beneath the sand of time
by night and by day for here I  know
I will stay looking at the hourglass watching
 my  body start to decay

as I close my eye wondering when I m going to die
sweat and tears is all I cry
can you see me can you feel me
it is no surprise are they any truth  on what we stand
for or is it all just pack of lies

yes  the ancient ones are calling me and my kind
as we walk beneath the sand of time
by night and day for here I  know
I will stay looking at the hourglass watching
 my  body start to decay
knowing There is no escape of my sins
yet I try so hard but I can never win
I come to the end of my story
as it  all falls into your hands
